Bryan Graiff, Member in Charge, Transaction Advisory and Litigation Support Bryan has more than 20 years of diverse financial and operational C-Level experience in public and private companies. He has been involved in reorganizations, acquisitions, divestitures and restructurings for his entire career and provides diverse value-added service to every client. Prior to joining Brown Smith Wallace, Bryan held a number of leadership roles at public corporations and privately held companies.
Harvey Wallace, Managing Member As the Managing Member of Brown Smith Wallace and firm co- founder, Harvey has been instrumental in the firm’s growth since its inception in 1972. In addition, he chairs on the firm’s Executive Committee, which guides growth and develops strategic direction for the firm. Harvey has 30+ years of hands-on expertise in tax planning and business consulting. He provides companies with independent professional advice on transactions, family law matters, valuation, disputes and investigations. Harvey has also prepared numerous business valuations and has provided expert testimony relating to corporate valuations.
Barry Worth, Member, Tax Services Barry is responsible for the Brown Smith Wallace mergers and acquisitions group and provides turnaround consulting services. As a Member of the firm, he performs strategic business planning. More than 45 years’ experience in public and private accounting distinguishes Barry as an expert in his field. As a trusted business advisor, Barry has assisted many business owners with business valuation, merger, acquisition, liquidation and/or syndication of their companies. He has served as a broker, financial advisor, negotiator and arbitrator in these transactions.
Donna Beck Smith, Member, Transaction Advisory and Litigation Support Donna has more than 30 years of experience in valuations, financial forecasting and analysis, litigation support, mergers and acquisitions as well as fraud and forensic accounting. Her experience and grasp of the body of knowledge in the valuation discipline qualifies her as a premier strategic business advisor. Prior to joining Brown Smith Wallace, Donna played a number of roles in public accounting and industry.
