Sheldon Baron (Shelly) is a Partner Emeritus of Brown Smith Wallace with more than 40 years of experience in public accounting. He was a founding partner of Baron Salsman & Company, LLC and was actively involved in his firm for 18 years prior to their 1998 merger with Brown Smith Wallace.
Shelly works primarily assisting clients in achieving their financial goals for retirement and estate planning.
A lifetime native of St. Louis, Shelly attended Washington University and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Shelly is also active in the community and has served as a board member and past president of both the St. Louis ARC and Rainbow Village, two not-for-profit agencies serving developmentally disabled and mentally challenged citizens in the St. Louis metropolitan area. He is also currently a Member Emeritus on the Board of Directors for Rainbow Village.
